An essayist, a literary critic with a PhD in literary studies, an editor in the cultural magazine Dwutygodnik, he is the author of the books Nieuchronny plagiat (2017) and Ostatni ludzie. Wymyślanie końca świata (to be published in August 2021). His articles can also be found in Tygodnik Powszechny, Polityka, Znak, and Pismo. A vegan, married with a daughter, an owner of two dogs, he comes from Żory and lives in Krakow.
