A culture promoter, a debate moderator, the coordinator of the Millennium Docs Against Gravity in Tricity (which is one of the largest European documentary film festivals), and an initiator of film and educational events, he has for many years been associated with the Gdynia Literary Prize and the Miasto Słowa festival. He has cooperated with the Big Book Festival literary festival and the Polish Film Festival. He is the creator of Raj na ziemi – an educational programme for young reporters. He was a journalist in the cultural sections of Gazeta Wyborcza and Trojmiasto.pl.
