Graduating from Aleksander Zelwerowicz Theatre Academy in Warsaw, she was an actress in Powszechny Theater (1992-1999) and the National Theatre (1999-2012). Since 2012, she has been a member of the Studio Theatre company. She has cooperated with the Dramatic Theatre of Warsaw, TR Warszawa, Ateneum, Och-Teatr, as well as with the theatre of the Polish Radio and Polish Television.

She has won many awards, including the Tadeusz Łomnicki Award (1944), Leon Schiller Award (1997), the Wielki Splendor Award and the award from the theatre of the Polish Radio (2008). She was awarded a distinction during the 16^th Stage Songs Review in Wrocław (1995). She also won the KST Grand Prix as a member of the cast for A Couple of Poor, Polish-Speaking Romanians by Dorota Masłowska, directed by Agnieszka Glinska (2014).
