She lives in Krakow, where she teaches the Polish language and writes. She made her debut in 2012 with Szopka, which won her nominations to the Nike Literary Award and the Paszporty Polityki award. In 2016, her second novel, On, was published, which was nominated to Paszporty Polityki and the Gryfia award, as well as receiving the title of Cracow’s Book of the Month. In 2017, she published the collection of short stories Świat dla ciebie zrobiłem, and, in 2020, the novel Przez. Kąkol is her latest work published by Marginesy in 2021.
